New ReviewerWe were put in a nasty room with broken dressers drawers and broken heater and so dirty i was scared to sit my things down. Cockroachs running free not scared of people so i figured they have been there for awhile.
The second room was just as horrible broken heaters wires sticking out i would think this would be fixed before renting the room to guest. It was so nasty food in refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave and the sinks haven't been cleaned in a long time, and the floors needed mopped. I went to the local Wal-Mart and bought air freshers and cleaning wipes so i could touch things in my room. To top it off there was no remote but i remembered there were 2 in first room i called front desk to ask if i could go get it he said yes other employee said no they would bring it to me.
45 minutes later (let me tell you,NOT TO STAY HERE!! television would not work with out remote) i called the front desk he said he came to my door and knocked 3 different times that was a lie i stood by my door with it open then i put the extra lock over so door wouldn't close. He told me he heard me in there, but funny part when i asked if door was opened he said no so i knew he lied so i walked to the front desk to get remote finally. The room came with 1 towel 1 washcloth and a tub towel, now this is for 2 people and when i asked for another towel i was told no because they didn't have any clean towels really this is a hotel!!
I took pictures and videos so i guess I'll head over to utube or something let people know this is nasty and they said no to a refund lol what a joke. With signs every where telling you how they clean everything lol they don't clean anything!!
