New ReviewerWe stayed at this location twice and on our second stay we had issues with our booking but had a friend a couple doors down that was on their way out let us pass out in the room they had til morning until our reservation was situated. Mind you that was past 3am.
We go the next morning once we woke up and get the reservation fixed and moved a couple doors over so we began to transfer our things. Manager comes knocking at the door claiming this other female, our friend,wasnt to be in our room and that if we were hiding her we had to go too. And we told her she wasnt there and she wasnt. Then she comes back complaining of the state of the room because of three dogs my friend had that tore things up and we didnt pick it up.
And then all the sudden wants to say a previous stay we were to blame for another incident yet they just checked us in. She said we need to go and that shed reimburse our funds to us. We didnt give any issues and gathered our things to leave as we double check that she would in fact reimburse us and she gave her word.
Now she is ducking us and giving us a bunch of excuses and refuses to refund our money. We are still out that 70 bucks
