Trip to Long Island to attend brothers memorial svc. My niece booked the room (room 102) Bethpage, Long Is.

through Booking.com. I will not stay at your hotel again and let me tell you why:

- check in: clerk cant find reservation. Finally found it under nieces name even though confirming email showed my name. Gave clerk my credit card to replace nieces credit card, ok.

I was told 4 nights stay ($781.34) do not warrant room cleaning, not happy but ok. Whats the WiFi password? Clerk said I dont have it, call ESA connect, for real? I have to call someone else for that?

I called supervisor and was told my password is my full name.

- day 2- on my way out I asked for towels to be placed in my room. Clerk said bring soiled towels to front desk and well give you new ones. Brought soiled towels but no towels to give me at the time but someone will deliver to my room. Back in room at 11p, no towels delivered, had to go back to front desk to get them.

I asked to have my waste basket emptied, was told bring it myself to trash room.

- check out. Do you want a receipt? Yes. Oops printer not working, can I email it to you?

Ok. Niece called me to check with my bank because she was billed for my stay(clerk said she would remove her card &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; replace with mine). Sure enough clerk billed her, dont know where she recorded my credit card. I called your hotel, spoke with Monique (Im taking names now) was told I probably didnt give out my card but my niece can attest that I gave the clerk my card & gave instructions to bill me and remove nieces card info.

And isnt it customary to provide the card at check in?

I was asked to fill out a 3rd party something form to correct billing, its the only way I can reverse charges. At that point I totally gave up, went to the bank, withdrew money and paid my niece $800 with my apology for your hotels screw up.

I hope you train your people on how to provide good service to your clients.

Im thinking I may write an open letter to Facebook detailing my horrible experience with your hotel.
