Extended Stay America - Because of bad customer service
We just got an awesome on the north side by the room and you seem to say and my girlfriends pregnant were trying to get a room we were traveling for a long time and she needs to rest and theyre making us wait another 45 minutes out here in the car and wont even let us check into the hotel a few minutes early is ridiculous most hotels check in at 11 anyways Im booked it through a third-party so I cant get a refund I dont know why I am back here I thought Id give them another childs different hotel but last time I was at nicks and say come bedbugs and they had to compensate me because I brought back to my home dont use extent to say they suck going on Arboretum sucks you guys a *** he doesnt know how to talk to customers but I act like theres a problem with everything so Im professional.
User's recommendation: Don’t ever stay in extended stay in if they make it right then I know don’t stay on but don’t make a right so maybe I don’t know.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Extended Stay America Cons: Very rude, Discrimination and racism, Lazy employees.
